The place seems nice at first but you begin to notice that the common areas (halls, stairwells, laundry facility) are never cleaned. The drug dealers downstairs love to use their product in the stairwells and leave huge messes (ashes, bags, tobacco from their blunts). Management is unresponsive to complaints. I even found a guy sleeping under the stairs one morning! Probably wouldn't have happened if the doors locked. Again...a complaint that went unresolved. Surely, there is a better value for your money.
